Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by National Repossession Solutions (NRS). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

NRS provides repossession operations management, compliance support, digital marketing, technology integration, training, finance & admin, and dashboard/KPI services to repossession companies, lenders, forwarders, and related businesses. The specific scope of services is defined in your selected plan or service agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

3. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. NRS reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of NRS or any third party
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by or licensed to NRS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from NRS.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NRS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. NRS's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. NRS may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make timely payments. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Modifications

NRS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the services following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
